Lost or Damaged Items

We understand your life is often placed into the boxes we store, so we handle them with care! In the rare case that your items are lost or damaged – each item is automatically protected with up to $100 Declared Value, and you have the opportunity to purchase $100 additional protection for $5 (up to $400 per item). To avoid damage, be sure to properly pack your items. There are a few items that cannot be insured.
