What if you lose or damage my items?

We understand your life is often placed into the boxes we store, so we handle them with care! In the rare case we lose or damage your items – each item is automatically insured up to $100 and you have the opportunity to purchase additional insurance for $5 per $100. To avoid damage be sure to properly pack your items. There are a few items that cannot be insured.
