If You're Only Available for Part of Your Appointment Window

If you are unavailable during the entire duration of your scheduled appointment time window you have three options.

OPTION 1.  Have a friend/roommate available at your residence during your appointment time window. 

  • If you choose to go this route, you'll need to open your original signup form by logging into your account through our website and clicking on the appointment you'd like to edit. 
  • From there, scroll through the form until you find the question "Who will meet our crew during your appointment?" and select "A friend/roommate"
  • This will open a field where you can enter your friend/roommate's phone number. 
  • On the day of your appointment our crew will first try to get in contact with you.  If they are unable to reach you they will then call/text the friend/roommate number. 

OPTION 2.  You can set up a guaranteed, two hour window for a $50 fee. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE YOUR TIME WINDOW IS SET.  Please email to set this up after you sign up!

OPTION 3.  If you have time constraints on a certain day, we do recommend rescheduling your pickup or delivery to another day.  We meet with hundreds of customers on our busiest days and are unfortunately unable to meet all time requests within a given day.
