Pickup Time or Date Changes

If you are unavailable during your scheduled time window for a pickup, there are a few solutions.

#1 You can have a friend or roommate meet our crew,
OR
#2 Y
ou can change your moving pickup date through your Storage Squad account.

If you have know you do not have much availability on the pickup date you selected, you can also request a guaranteed 2 hour pickup window for a $50 fee on standard pickup date, but this must be done BEFORE your scheduled time window is set.  Once schedules are set and sent we can not alter pickup times.  On our busiest days we pickup hundreds of customers and we would be doing them a disservice to have to adjust our pickups to make last minute accommodations. We apologize for this inconvenience. We wish we could be everywhere at once but unfortunately we can't!

If you need to set up a guaranteed pickup or delivery window, please submit your appointment first, then email support@storagesquad.com to arrange your time.
