How do I file a claim?

Although very uncommon, items can potentially be damaged during a pickup/delivery. If you receive any items damaged we're here to help!

1) Email support@storagesquad.com giving a summary of what was damaged

2) We email you a 'Damage Claim Form'

3) Follow the instructions on the form and email it back to support@storagesquad.com at your earliest convenience.
