How to File a Claim

Although uncommon, items can potentially be damaged during a pickup/delivery. If you receive any damaged items, we're here to help!

1) Email giving a summary of what was damaged

2) We will email you a 'Damage Claim Form'

3) Follow the instructions on the form, providing photos of the damage and information regarding the damaged items, and submit your completed form.

4) We will review your Damage Claim Form and reply via email with the status of your refund.
