Although uncommon, items can potentially be damaged during a pickup/delivery. If you receive any damaged items, we're here to help!
1) Fill out a Damage Claim Form
2) Follow the instructions on the form, providing photos of the damage and information regarding the damaged items, and submit your completed form.
3) Our team will review your case and get back to you with more information via email within 14-21 days with the result of the Damage Claim.
