Options for Rescheduling Your Pickup

1. HAVE A FRIEND OR ROOMMATE MEET OUR CREW:  If you cannot make your scheduled pickup time, you can have a friend or roommate meet our crew during your appointment window.  Follow the steps below if you'd like to use this option.  This is the most frequently used option!
  • Login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form. 
  • Click on the third section titled “Storage Pickup Information”
  • Scroll down to the question "Who will meet our crew during your appointment?" and change your response from “Me” to “A friend/roommate”
  • Enter the phone number of the person who will be meeting our crew
  • Submit your updated form
2. RESCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP TO A DIFFERENT DATE: If you cannot make your scheduled pickup date, you can reschedule your appointment to a different date.  Follow the steps below if you'd like to use this option:
  • Login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form. 
  • Click on the third section titled “Storage Pickup Information”
  • Select a new date under the question "What day would you like your items picked up?"
  • Submit your updated form
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your newly scheduled pickup date and time within 24-48 hours prior to your new appointment
