Options for Rescheduling Your Pickup

1. If you cannot make your scheduled pickup time, you can have a friend or roommate meet our crew during your appointment window.  To do this, login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form.  Scroll down to the section titled “Storage Pickup Information”.  The last question asked in this section is “Who will meet our crew during your appointment”.  Change your response from “Me” to “A friend/roommate” and enter the phone number of the person meeting our crew.  **This is the most frequently used option!

2. If you cannot make your scheduled pickup date, you can reschedule your appointment to a different date.  To do this, simply login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form.  Scroll down to the section titled “Storage Pickup Information” and choose a new pickup date in the future.  You’ll receive a confirmation email with your newly scheduled pickup date and time 24-48 hours prior to your new appointment.
