Options for Rescheduling Your Delivery

1. ALLOW US TO DROP YOUR ITEMS OFF UNATTENDED: This is our most popular option!  If you cannot make your scheduled delivery time, and you live off-campus, you can choose for us leave your items at the entrance of your delivery address (just like a package from UPS or Amazon).  If you'd like to continue with this option please contact us by emailing support@storagesquad.com or calling (830) 200-0269.

2. HAVE A FRIEND OR ROOMMATE MEET OUR CREW:  If you cannot make your scheduled delivery time, you can have a friend or roommate meet our crew during your appointment window.  If you'd like to continue with this option please contact us by emailing support@storagesquad.com or calling (830) 200-0269. 

3. RESCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT DATE: If you cannot make your scheduled delivery date, you can reschedule your appointment to a different date.  If you'd like to continue with this option please contact us by emailing support@storagesquad.com or calling (830) 200-0269. 

If non of these options work please contact us at support@storagesquad.com to request an Evening Delivery or a Guaranteed 2-Hour Delivery Window.  Evening deliveries can be scheduled anytime after 3pm.  Please note that there will be a fee assessed for these added services.
