Options for Rescheduling Your Delivery

1. If you cannot make your scheduled delivery time, you can have a friend or roommate meet our crew during your appointment window.  To do this, login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form.  Scroll down to the section titled “Storage Delivery Information”.  The last question asked in the section is “Who will meet our crew during your appointment”.  Change your response from “Me” to “A friend/roommate” and enter the phone number of the person meeting our crew.  **This is the most frequently used option!

2. If you cannot make your scheduled delivery date, you can reschedule your appointment to a different date.  To do this, simply login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form.  Scroll down to the section titled “Delivery Information”, choose a new delivery date in the future, and submit your form.  You’ll receive a confirmation email with your newly scheduled pickup date and time 24-48 hours prior to your new appointment.
 
3. If you don't have a friend/roommate who can meet our crew, please contact us at support@storagesquad.com to request a guaranteed 2-hour pickup window.  Please note that there will be a $25 charge for this service.
