Options for Rescheduling Your Delivery

1. ALLOW US TO DROP YOUR ITEMS OFF UNATTENDED (Just like UPS does with millions of customers every day!): This is our most popular option!  If you cannot make your scheduled delivery time, you can choose for us leave your items unattended at your delivery address.  Follow the steps below if you'd like to use this option.
  • Login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form. 
  • Scroll down to "Delivery Information" section 
  • Under "Item Drop Off Permissions" change your response to “Drop them off unattended if you cannot reach me”
  • Submit your updated form
2. HAVE A FRIEND OR ROOMMATE MEET OUR CREW:  If you cannot make your scheduled delivery time, you can have a friend or roommate meet our crew during your appointment window.  Follow the steps below if you'd like to use this option:
  • Login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form. 
  • Scroll down to the "Delivery Information" section
  • Find the question "Who will meet our crew during your appointment?" and change your response from “Me” to “A friend/roommate”
  • Enter the phone number of the person who will be meeting our crew
  • Submit your updated form
3. RESCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT DATE: If you cannot make your scheduled delivery date, you can reschedule your appointment to a different date.  Follow the steps below if you'd like to use this option.  *Please note - you cannot reschedule a new pickup date within 48 hours of your original scheduled date.
  • Login to your account through our website and select the Order you’d like to edit.  This will open your signup form. 
  • Scroll down to the "Delivery Information" section
  • Select a new date under the question "What day would you like your items delivered?"
  • Submit your updated form
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your newly scheduled delivery date and time within 24-48 hours prior to your new appointment
If non of these options work please contact us at support@storagesquad.com to request a guaranteed 2-hour delivery window.  Please note that there will be a $50 charge for this service.
