Delivery Process

When you're ready to schedule a delivery, it's as simple as logging into your Storage Squad account, ensuring that your invoice is paid, and submitting a delivery form.

1. Log into your Storage Squad Account

2. Under the "Appointments" tab, find the order for delivery, and click "Schedule Delivery."
(Please note that this option is only available to customers without an outstanding invoice)

3. This will bring you to the delivery form, where you can select your preferred delivery date and address. Here you will be able to select our standard, main entrance delivery or any combination of our additional services listed below:

Room Service ($20)
We bring your items directly to your room rather than your front door.

Evening Delivery ($35)
We ensure that your delivery will take place between 3:00-7:00pm.

This service is only available on our peak days in August and September.

Guaranteed 2 Hour Window Delivery ($50)
We guarantee that your items will be delivered within a specified 2 hour window of your choice. This service is only available on our peak days in August and September.

Special Delivery Date ($29)
Delivery of your items on a day outside of our peak delivery days. These days are labeled on the delivery sign up form.

4. Once your delivery form is submitted, you are all set! Then, 24-48 hours before your delivery date, you will receive an email with your scheduled delivery time window.

5. On your delivery date, you will receive real-time notifications via text and email when our movers are en route to your location and when they arrive at your building.
