Pickup Process

Having your items picked up can be completed in a few easy steps!

1. Log into or sign up for a Storage Squad account.

2. Under the "Appointments" tab, click the orange "Schedule Pickup" button.

3. This will bring you to the pickup form, where you can sign up to receive free supplies, select your preferred pickup date, and input your pickup address. Here you will be able to select our standard, main entrance pickup or any combination of our additional pickup services listed below:

Room Service ($20)
We pick up your items up directly from your room rather than your front door.

Guaranteed 2 Hour Pickup Window ($50)
We guarantee that your items will be picked up within a specified 2 hour window of your choice. This service is only available on our peak days in April and May.

4. Once your pickup form is submitted, you are all set! Then, 24-48 hours before your pickup date, you will receive an email with your scheduled pickup time window. Have your items completely packed and labeled with your customer information and how many items you have.

5. On your pickup date, you will receive real-time notifications via text and email when our movers are en route to your location and when they arrive at your building.
