1. Go to Storagesquad.com and click "Login". This will open a new window.
2. Enter the email address you used when you first created an account along with your password. Then click "Login".
3. This will open your account page where you can view your past appointments and invoices. To schedule a new pickup click the orange "Schedule Pickup" button on the top right. NOTE: if you do not see this button it means you already have an open pickup scheduled or you have an outstanding invoice that needs to be paid. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you're unable to schedule a pickup.
4. This will now open our Sign Up Form where you'll be able to: schedule a pickup date, enter your pickup building and/or street address, request Free packing supplies, choose your appointment type (i.e. main entrance or room service), etc...
Fill in the required information submit the form and you're set! You'll receive email confirmation containing your pickup details once submitted.
5. If at any point you need to update or edit your pickup information simply login to your account through our website using the original email you signed up with along with the password you created. Select the "Appointments" option from the lefthand menu and click anywhere on your pickup details to open and edit your original form. Make any necessary changes and be sure to submit!
